Referral Rewards Program

Rules & Regulations

1. You will receive a check or credit to your rental account within 35 days after your referral has purchased or rented a system from us.
2. Referral must live within Culligan of DFW or Culligan of Houston's territory.
3. Customer must acknowledge receipt of rules and disclaimer.
4. Bottle water, Bottle Free Cooler and Salt Delivery are excluded.
5. Finance charges or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not part of this program.
6. No payments will be made on your behalf directly to a finance company.
7. Any situation that arises not covered in the rules will be left to the discretion of Culligan of DFW or Culligan of Houston.
8. This program is available to all current customers.
9. Time limit on program is 18 months after acknowledgement of rules and disclaimer.
10. A qualified referral is a customer who signs up for a water filtration system, bottled water, bottle free cooler, and salt delivery are excluded.
11. After your seventh referral that turns into a new customer, you'll receive a refund on your entire system up to $6,000.

NOTICE TO CUSTOMER LOGGING IN TO REFERRAL PROGRAM:

BY AGREEING TO THE TERMS YOU STATE AND AFFIRM THAT NO ONE FROM CULLIGAN OF DFW or CULLIGAN OF HOUSTON OFFERED YOU ANY KIND OF REBATE FOR A REFERRAL OR FOR A SUCCESSFUL REFERRAL UNTIL AFTER YOU HAD RECEIVED AND HAD PAID FOR WHAT YOU BOUGHT FROM CULLIGAN OF DFW OR HOUSTON.
